When will I receive it?
Orders placed before 17:00 on a working day ship the same day from the Netherlands with tracked delivery. Most EU countries receive it within 1 to 4 working days. You get a track & trace link by e-mail.
How can I pay?
Pay by bank: choose your bank and confirm in your own banking app, no card details needed. Prefer a bank transfer? You receive our IBAN and your order number by e-mail right away and we ship as soon as the payment arrives.
Is this product tested?
Yes. Every batch is HPLC-tested for purity (≥98%). The certificate of analysis (COA) for the batch you receive is on the product page under "View the COA for this batch".
What is in the box?
The lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide in a sealed glass vial, discreetly packed without branding. No syringes or needles.
How do I store it?
Unopened: cool and dark, preferably in the refrigerator (2 to 8 °C); it keeps for months. After reconstitution keep refrigerated and use within a few weeks for research.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days to change your mind. Unopened, sealed vials can be returned; opened products cannot, because of shelf life. See the returns policy for the steps.
